Q: What is CulinaryPrep?
CulinaryPrep is the first home kitchen appliance that prepares your food, prevents food born illnesses and protects your personal food supply—while enhancing the flavor of your meat, fish, seafood, poultry and produce.

Q: How does CulinaryPrep work and is it really effective?
CulinaryPrep uses a proven, patented food preparation process—the Grovac™ Process—to remove bacteria and reduce free radicals often associated with cancer. Clinical studies confirm that the CulinaryPrep eliminates up to 99.5% of bacteria and total fat levels in food in just a matter of minutes.

Q: Why do I need it?
CulinaryPrep delivers better taste and better health. Anyone concerned with the food supply and their health should invest in the CulinaryPrep kitchen appliance as it is proven to help reduce bacteria that can cause sickness (i.e., e.coli, listeria, salmonella, etc.) It is also ideal for people who desire to prepare professional, chef-quality meals at home. The CulinaryPrep Process—combined with the CulinaryPrep Marinades—provides restaurant-quality meats, fish, seafood, poultry and produce in the comfort of your home.

Q: What types of food can I put in the CulinaryPrep?
CulinaryPrep can be used to prepare meat, fish, seafood, poultry and even vegetables, such as lettuce or spinach. CulinaryPrep uses all natural ingredients to cleanse and purify your food so it comes out looking and tasting better than it did before it was processed.

Q: How do I know the CulinaryPrep really kills bacteria in my food?
The CulinaryPrep, which uses the patented Grovac™ Process, has been tested extensively by independent laboratories. Those results clearly demonstrate the up to 99.5% reduction in bacteria and food borne pathogens. For more detail on these results, click here.

Q: What is the Grovac™ Process?
The Grovac™ Process is a patented food preparation process that has been proven to reduce the level of pathogenic and spoilage bacteria found on meat and produce by up to 99.5%, making food safer and extending its shelf-life substantially.

Q: How does the Grovac™ Process work?
The process involves alternately exposing food to a vacuum environment and a specially-formulated, all natural solution. As the process attacks bacteria both chemically and mechanically, the bacteria are unable to resist this multi-pronged attack.

Q: Is the Grovac™ Process safe?
Yes. The Grovac™ Process is an all natural food preparation process. It works by adding a neutralizer/prep solution—comprised of very small amounts of salt, vitamin C or citric acid and water—to meat, poultry, seafood or produce in the CulinaryPrep kitchen appliance.

Q: Who is Bill Groves?
Today, Bill Groves is a retired registered pharmacist and entrepreneur from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. His story, and how he came to develop the patented, innovative Grovac™ Process, is available for download on our website here.

Q: Will I have to spend more time preparing my meals using CulinaryPrep?
No. The CulinaryPrep process takes about the same amount of time as you would normally take to clean and prepare your meat, fish, seafood, poultry and produce. However, the CulinaryPrep process enables you to clean and prepare your food while you attend to other priorities, or better yet, just enjoy the free time!

Q: How do I get started using my new CulinaryPrep?
To start, all you have to do is place your food into the upright drum, add the all-natural neutralizer/prep solution or your choice of marinade and water. After closing the lid of the drum, you simply attach the vacuum tube to the finger valve, create the vacuum and place the drum onto the base unit. With the push of a button, set the time and the food preparation process begins. In a matter of minutes, the process is complete. Remove your food and either cook it or store for later use. For more detailed instructions and pictures of how to use your new CulinaryPrep, click here.

Q: How do I marinate my meat, fish, seafood, poultry and produce in the CulinaryPrep? The marinade process is the same as the patented Grovac™ process used to remove bacteria and free radicals often associated with cancer. Simply choose the desired marinade flavor for your meal, put the contents of the package into the drum and add the recommended amount of water. See previous question/answer for how the food preparation process works.

Q: How does the marinade process work?
The CulinaryPrep process is designed to enable moisture and marinade seasonings to quickly and evenly penetrate meat, fish, seafood, poultry and produce. This process has been used in professional kitchens and restaurants for years to replace overnight, time consuming marinating of food and is a quicker, faster way to achieve marinade quality and flavor in just minutes.

Q: What is the difference between the neutralizer/prep solution and the marinades?
The neutralizer/prep solution is an all natural solution that does not contain any flavoring or spices.  The CulinaryPrep marinades contain a blend of chef-developed custom spices that deliver a restaurant quality flavor in your home. Whether you decide to use the neutralizer/prep solution or one of the custom marinades to prepare your meal, each delivers better tasting food that is up to 99.5% free of bacteria and free-radicals.

Q: Do I need to use both the neutralizer/prep solution and a marinade each time I prepare my food? No. The only decision you need to make is if you want to use one of the custom-made, chef-developed CulinaryPrep marinade flavors. Both the neutralizer/prep solution and marinades deliver better tasting food that is up to 99.5% free of bacteria and free-radicals. Whether you decide to use the neutralizer/prep solution or one of our custom marinades to prepare your meal, each delivers better tasting food that is up to 99.5% free of bacteria and free-radicals.

Q: What ingredients are in the neutralizer/prep solution?
The neutralizer/prep solution is made of all natural ingredients and contains no chemicals or preservatives. Specifically, it contains citric or ascorbic acid and salt.

Q: What ingredients are in the marinades?
The marinades are made of all natural ingredients, including the highest quality blend of spices and seasonings. The marinades also contain citric or ascorbic acid and salt.

Q: Will the CulinaryPrep unit fit on my kitchen counter and under the cabinets?
Yes. The CulinaryPrep unit is designed to fit underneath standard kitchen cabinets and takes up approximately the same amount of space as an average bread maker or large toaster. The actual dimensions are 18.5” wide X 11.25” high X 11” deep.

Q: How do I clean and maintain the CulinaryPrep?
The CulinaryPrep base unit can be easily and quickly cleaned with a sponge or soft cloth and soap and water. You may also choose to use anti-bacterial kitchen wipes as they are safe and won’t affect the look of the unit. The drum and lid are dishwasher safe. Remember: DO NOT submerge the base unit in water.

Q: What's included with my CulinaryPrep?
The CulinaryPrep is designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. With that, your CulinaryPrep comes with two main components—the base unit and the drum unit. The base unit includes an attached power cord and vacuum unit hose. The drum unit includes the standard, 10lb drum, a lid and two Grovac™ Ribs. Each CulinaryPrep also includes an owner’s manual and your initial supply of neutralizer/prep solution and marinades.

Q: How much is CulinaryPrep?
CulinaryPrep retails for $399.95, plus tax, shipping and handling.

Q: Where do I get replacement drums, neutralizer/prep solutions and marinades for my CulinaryPrep? All accessories, replacement drums, neutralizer/prep solutions and marinades can be ordered at CulinaryPrep.com. Standard shipping rates and delivery times apply.
