Q: Will I have to spend more time preparing

No. The CulinaryPrep process takes about the same amount of
time as you would normally take to clean and prepare your meat, fish,
seafood, poultry and produce. However, the CulinaryPrep process enables
you to clean and prepare your food while you attend to other priorities,
or better yet, just enjoy the free time!
Q: How do I get started using my new CulinaryPrep?
To start, all you have to do is place your food into the upright
drum, add the all-natural neutralizer/prep solution or your choice of
marinade and water. After closing the lid of the drum, you simply attach
the vacuum tube to the finger valve, create the vacuum and place the
drum onto the base unit. With the push of a button, set the time and the
food preparation process begins. In a matter of minutes, the process is

Q: Will the CulinaryPrep

Yes. The CulinaryPrep
unit is designed to fit underneath standard kitchen cabinets and takes
up approximately the same amount of space as an average bread maker
or large toaster. The actual dimensions are 18.5” wide X 11.25” high
X 11” deep.
Q: How do I clean and maintain the CulinaryPrep?
The CulinaryPrep base unit can be easily and quickly cleaned
with a sponge or soft cloth and soap and water. You may also choose
to use anti-bacterial kitchen wipes as they are safe and won’t
affect the look of the unit. The drum and lid are dishwasher safe.
